The rental price for our space is €130 per hour, with a minimum contract of €390 and/or 3 hours.
Additionally, technical time for setup, decoration, equipment installation, and venue exit has an extra cost of €65 per hour.
For rentals of 8 hours or more, we offer a 10% discount.

Our location is in the center of Barcelona, just 1 minute from the Urquinaona metro station, and there is public parking nearby.
To confirm the reservation of our space, payment must be made under the following terms:
Advance payment:
A 50% deposit of the total rental price is required at the time of signing the contract. Payment can be made via bank transfer.
Final payment:
The remaining 50% must be paid 3 days before the event via bank transfer to the account specified in the contract.
Security deposit:
A security deposit of 300 euros is required, which must be paid before the start of the event. This deposit will be refunded within 2 business days after the event, provided there is no damage to the equipment, deterioration of the property, or any other issues caused by the client.
For long-term rentals or events requiring prolonged use of the space, we can offer customized conditions. Feel free to contact us to discuss options tailored to your needs.

Yes, we work with private clients for the organization of corporate events. However, we do not handle personal events, such as private parties, gender reveal parties, or birthdays.

We understand that plans can change, which is why we offer a clear and structured cancellation policy:
Cancellations 14 days or more in advance: 100% refund of the amount paid.
Cancellations between 7 and 13 days before the event: 50% refund of the amount paid.
Cancellations less than 7 days in advance: No refund will be issued.
